What to Know Prior to Class
Due to limited space, we require that you give us 4 hours notice when cancelling. We are unable to provide a refund if inadequate notice is given
Facemask required upon entry into the building. Mask may be removed once you reach your mat
Mats will be spaced for social distancing, class sizes will be limited to 10, all props and frequently used surfaces cleaned between each class
Tranquil Lake provides all props, however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer
We recommend you wear layers and bring a water bottle for class
In order to practice safely, we must ask you to not attend class if you are ill or have been exposed to Covid-19. If you become ill or are unable to attend class, please reschedule your class online or email the business at
