All Levels Flow

Service Description

Join Rick every Saturday morning for an All Levels Flow. This teachers choice class will not follow a set class format week to week, but what we can promise you each class is breath, movement, and quality time with yourself and with an amazing Yoga Teacher. This will be a perfect start to your weekend ! The studio is able to provide all props for class, but as always, feel free to being a beloved mat, blanket, or any yoga gear that makes you happy.

Cancellation Policy

Tranquil Lake requires that you give a minimum of 4 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Space is limited due to Covid-19 restrictions, and this allows other clients to book the spot. If you do not give adequate notice, unfortunately you will forfeit your payment or a portion of your class pass. If class starts in less then 4 hours, you will be unable to change your reservation online. By cancelling in a timely fashion, you will allow a student on the waitlist to attend class
