Meet Holly every Tuesday at 5pm for a fusion of belly dancing and low impact cardio. Belly Dancing for Fitness is a full body workout, with an emphasis on core strengthening, improving posture, and increasing confidence ! This class will apply the basics of the ancient art of belly dance in a joint friendly way , and is also an excellent aid in preparing for or recovering from childbirth . Embrace your inner Goddess with this beautiful class !
Tranquil Lake requires that you give a minimum of 4 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Space is limited due to Covid-19 restrictions, and this allows other clients to book the spot. If you do not give adequate notice, unfortunately you will forfeit your payment or a portion of your class pass. If class starts in less then 4 hours, you will be unable to change your reservation online. By cancelling in a timely fashion, you will allow a student on the waitlist to attend class
